Huge acne at my chin!a

This is a bad for me because I have got huge acne at my chin. It is huge and painful. What is the best medicine to get rid of acne? I know my sisters have been to specialist and they need to stay on the pills. I do not like pills. Is there better way to prevent that?

I do not like to for facial treatment. It is like you paying them to get the pain on your face! Have anyone experience this before?
